Fresh Produce Quality Assurance in Turkey
For importers, retailers and wholesalers of Turkish fruit and vegetables, we inspect at packhouses, monitor cold chain and supervise loading through every season.
What matters in this sector
Turkey's geography gives it a long produce calendar: greenhouse vegetables in winter, cherries and apricots in early summer, grapes and figs in late summer, citrus and pomegranates from autumn to spring. Each product has its own risks, from residues on peppers and lemons to stem browning on cherries.
We plan inspection around the harvest calendar, increase frequency during peak weeks when packhouses are stretched, and report fast enough for you to act before the goods arrive.
