When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, company, contact details and project information. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data needed to deliver the website, such as IP address and browser information.

Why we use it

We use inquiry data only to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting assignment. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where it is processed

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Email and messaging providers we use may process data outside Turkey under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, including under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data and to object to processing. Contact [email protected].
