Crop and Orchard Status Monitoring in Turkey
Field visits to orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and farms for buyers who have contracted a future crop and want to see its condition before harvest, with dated photographs, video and a written status report.
Crop and Orchard Status Monitoring in practice
You agreed to buy next season's cherries, apricots, hazelnuts or tomatoes, and the harvest is months away. Between contract and harvest, frost, hail, drought, pests or simple neglect can change what you will receive. We visit the land on your behalf, walk the orchards or fields, photograph and film the crop, talk to the grower and report what we see. Repeated visits through the season show how the crop is developing, so volume and timing surprises reach you early, while there is still time to plan.
What we cover
- Visits to orchards, vineyards, greenhouses and fields named in your contract
- Dated and geotagged photographs and video walk-throughs of the crop

How it works
The same disciplined sequence for every assignment, so reports are comparable across suppliers and seasons.
- BriefYou send the product, specification, supplier and date. We confirm scope, method and cost in writing.
- PlanWe agree the checklist, sampling plan, laboratory and reporting format before the visit.
- On siteA food-qualified inspector attends, works independently of the supplier and records evidence.
- ReportYou receive a clear report with photographs, usually the same day, and laboratory results when ready.
- Follow upWhere needed, we manage corrective actions with the supplier and re-inspect.

Questions about crop and orchard status monitoring
Not covered here? Ask us directly.
How often should the crop be visited?
A common pattern is one visit after flowering and fruit set, one during fruit development and one shortly before harvest. After a weather event, an extra visit is worth arranging quickly.
Can you estimate the expected volume?
We give a visual assessment of crop load and how it compares with earlier visits and the contracted quantity. It is an informed field estimate, not a guarantee of final volume.
Can you also check the crop for residues before harvest?
Yes. We can take pre-harvest samples for pesticide residue testing and review the grower's spray records, so problems are known before the fruit is picked and packed.
