Container Loading Supervision in Turkey

Supervision of truck, reefer container, bulk vessel and flexitank loading, so the goods that were inspected are the goods that are shipped.

Overview

Loading Supervision in practice

Most claims start at loading: the wrong lot, a warm reefer, a damp container, a broken pallet. Our inspector checks the container before loading, verifies the goods against the inspected lots, records the loading pattern and temperatures, and witnesses the seal. You receive photographs of every stage and a record of seal numbers.

What we cover

  • Container or truck condition: cleanliness, odour, damage, floor, doors
  • Reefer pre-cooling, set point, ventilation and humidity settings
  • Product temperature at loading
  • Lot verification against inspection records
  • Quantity count and loading pattern
  • Pallet condition, ISPM 15 marking and stability
  • Sealing and seal number record

How it works

The same disciplined sequence for every assignment, so reports are comparable across suppliers and seasons.

  1. BriefYou send the product, specification, supplier and date. We confirm scope, method and cost in writing.
  2. PlanWe agree the checklist, sampling plan, laboratory and reporting format before the visit.
  3. On siteA food-qualified inspector attends, works independently of the supplier and records evidence.
  4. ReportYou receive a clear report with photographs, usually the same day, and laboratory results when ready.
  5. Follow upWhere needed, we manage corrective actions with the supplier and re-inspect.

Questions about loading supervision

Not covered here? Ask us directly.

Can you supervise loading at the port rather than the factory?

Yes, where goods are consolidated at a port warehouse or terminal. For reefer cargo we usually recommend supervision at the packhouse or cold store, where pre-cooling can be verified.
