Inspection and Quality Control

Food Quality Control Services in Turkey

Pre-production, during-production and continuous quality control at Turkish food and feed factories, so problems are corrected while there is still time.

Overview

Quality Control in practice

Final inspection finds problems; quality control during production prevents them. Before production we check raw materials, packaging and the approved sample. During production we check process parameters, in-line quality and early output. For large programmes we can place an inspector at the factory for the full run.

What we cover

  • Pre-production checks of raw materials, ingredients and packaging
  • First article and approved sample comparison
  • During-production inspection of early output
  • Process parameter checks against the agreed specification
  • Resident inspection for long production runs
  • Corrective action follow-up with the factory

When buyers use it

  • First production of a new product
  • Seasonal campaigns such as tomato paste or dried fruit processing
  • Programmes with previous quality issues

What you receive

  • Pre-production report
  • During-production reports
  • Daily reports for resident inspection
  • Corrective action log

How it works

The same disciplined sequence for every assignment, so reports are comparable across suppliers and seasons.

  1. BriefYou send the product, specification, supplier and date. We confirm scope, method and cost in writing.
  2. PlanWe agree the checklist, sampling plan, laboratory and reporting format before the visit.
  3. On siteA food-qualified inspector attends, works independently of the supplier and records evidence.
  4. ReportYou receive a clear report with photographs, usually the same day, and laboratory results when ready.
  5. Follow upWhere needed, we manage corrective actions with the supplier and re-inspect.

Products we apply it to

Product guides explain parameters, sampling and risks for each category.

Questions about quality control

Not covered here? Ask us directly.

How is this different from pre-shipment inspection?

Pre-shipment inspection checks finished goods. Quality control during production checks raw materials, process and early output, when defects can still be corrected without rejecting a full lot.
