Laboratory and Technical Coordination

Food Laboratory Testing Coordination in Turkey

Sampling and coordination of laboratory testing through competent external laboratories: microbiology, pesticide residues, heavy metals, mycotoxins, nutrition, moisture, foreign matter, authenticity and packaging migration.

Overview

Laboratory Coordination in practice

We do not operate our own laboratory. That is deliberate: it lets us choose a laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 for the specific method you need, in Turkey or abroad, without a commercial interest in the number of tests. We draw the sample correctly, maintain chain of custody, select the method and interpret results against your specification and destination limits.

What we cover

  • Microbiological testing
  • Pesticide residue analysis
  • Heavy metal analysis
  • Mycotoxin testing
  • Nutritional analysis
  • Moisture content testing
  • Foreign matter analysis
  • Product authenticity testing
  • Packaging material and migration testing

When buyers use it

  • Before shipment of products with known contaminant risks
  • When the destination requires pre-export testing
  • To verify supplier certificates of analysis
  • For investigation after a complaint or border rejection

What you receive

  • Sampling report and chain of custody
  • Laboratory certificates
  • Interpretation against limits and specification

How it works

The same disciplined sequence for every assignment, so reports are comparable across suppliers and seasons.

  1. BriefYou send the product, specification, supplier and date. We confirm scope, method and cost in writing.
  2. PlanWe agree the checklist, sampling plan, laboratory and reporting format before the visit.
  3. On siteA food-qualified inspector attends, works independently of the supplier and records evidence.
  4. ReportYou receive a clear report with photographs, usually the same day, and laboratory results when ready.
  5. Follow upWhere needed, we manage corrective actions with the supplier and re-inspect.

Questions about laboratory coordination

Not covered here? Ask us directly.

Which laboratories do you use?

Laboratories accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 for the required method. Where you prefer a specific laboratory, including one in your own country, we ship samples there.

Can you test against EU limits?

Yes. We select methods with limits of quantification suitable for the EU or other destination limits and compare results against the version of the regulation in force.
